About the event
Join us for a Conflict Management Training session in partnership with the Essex Police Business Crime Team. Suitable for customer-facing staff rather than management, the training concentrates on effective communication methods we can use to de-escalate potentially volatile situations when working with the public. It will not cover restraint or detention, but will touch on the law around reasonable force, what is an arrest, and when to call police.
